Our Approach to Anti Aging

Top- level hormones, quality diet and nutrition along with effective physical training set our practice apart from others. Here at Dr. Paul M. Glat MD FACS, Philadelphia’s Center for Age Management, all three components are incorporated into our Age Management and Anti-aging medical practice serving the Greater Philadelphia Area.

Once you have become a patient in this program, blood levels are continuously monitored; individual fitness coaching sessions are delivered with your own personal trainer and nutritional intake counseling sessions are provided. This is a partnership where we help you to succeed with a very strict protocol. We spend, a minimum of three months meeting you weekly to provide strength training as well as dietary suggestions and analysis of food intake. Eventually, our patients can hold themselves accountable to continue best practices for a better life by following our age management protocol.

Everything starts with a baseline. At your initial consultation with the staff of Paul M. Glat, MD FACS at Philadelphia’s Center for Age Management, your starting point, or baseline is established through an extensive blood panel, fitness evaluation, and a nutritional intake summary. We then work with you weekly to coach you to make the best possible choices for fitness and nutrition. Couple this coaching with prescribed bio-identical hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and you will be on your way to feeling younger.
