Breast Augmentation

If you want to increase the size of your bust, breast augmentation is for you. Using either silicone or saline breast implants, we can increase the volume and fullness of the breasts, improve symmetry, and refine the breasts' shape. Because breast implants come in a variety of sizes and shapes, and a multitude of placement techniques can be utilized, the procedure can be specifically tailored to each patient's wishes. Breast Lift Surgery

To perform this breast procedure, Dr. Glat will make an incision on the breasts that runs from the bottom of the areola to the underside of the breast flap. Once the incision has been made, he can then remove excess skin and breast tissue, and reposition the nipples so that they appear higher up on the breasts. Once the breast procedure is complete, sagging and stretching will be greatly reduced, and the breasts will have a more refined, attractive shape.

Breast Reduction

Though many women are interested in increasing the size of their breasts, some women suffer physical complications or mental anguish as a result of overly large breasts. Large breasts can place undue strain on the back, neck, and shoulders, and make a woman feel self-conscious about her body. With breast reduction surgery, we can remove excess breast tissue and refine the shape and size of the breasts so that they are more attractive, and perhaps more importantly, more comfortable for the patient. As this breast procedure involves the removal of breast tissue, there is likely to be some residual scarring at the location of the incision, but Dr. Glat will do everything that he can to make such scarring as inconspicuous as possible.
