I began my medical training in New York at New York University School of Medicine and went on to do a General Surgery Residency at New York University. It was there that I was first exposed to plastic surgery. I saw so many surgeons perform wonderful procedures, helping so many people, that I became passionate and fell in love with plastic surgery and I pursued training there as well. I then came to Philadelphia, where I did a Craniofacial and Cleft Pallet Specialty Training Fellowship and in 1997 I began practice here in Philadelphia. I practice both pediatric and adult cosmetic surgery. I’m the Chief of Plastic Surgery at St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children, where I perform burn, craniofacial and cleft surgery. They also have a very busy plastic and cosmetic surgery practice in adults also in the Philadelphia area. I’ve been voted one of the top doctors in Philadelphia Magazine numerous times. I continue to pursue plastic surgery research in the clinical realm and I also continue to try cutting-edge techniques and technologies in plastic surgery. I’m passionate about what I do and I love performing plastic surgery.
