We offer a service called photorejuvenation here in the office and photorejuvenation is, it actually goes after the brown pigmentation and the broken capillaries in the skin and at the same time it tightens the collagen. It can make your pores look a little more refined. During this treatment I look for brown discolorations on the skin. They become slightly darker and what I’m essentially doing is pulling it to the surface. The brown discolorations will start to flake off and that’s usually when I have somebody come back to the office and we can do a skin care treatment such as microdermabrasion in the interim.
